✨💙 Public Gratitude to NW
It is not a shout of bravery or a grand achievement. It is the small victory of not giving up. Of moving forward, step by step, even when exhausted.
In the beginning, learning the protocol and embracing the changes of a new lifestyle was overwhelming. I thought about quitting. But, with faith, discipline, and by God’s hand, we slowly built what I now recognize as a miracle: José Ignacio’s sustained and progressive recovery, and the transformation of our home.
More than just healthy eating, this path has been a life decision. Choosing, falling, getting back up. Strengthening bonds, letting others go. Facing reactions, gaining clarity. José heals, I heal. And vice versa.
Continuing this biomedical approach has been an act of love and responsibility—toward him and toward myself.
Today, without the psychotropic medications that silenced his essence, I am beginning to truly know my son.
This process also demanded that I take care of myself. He needs his mother to be present, strong, and mindful. The Nutriwhite Bootcamp was a turning point. It helped me; it sustained me. And that is invaluable, because I am his mother, his caregiver, and his emotional and physical support.
Today, everyone in our home takes care of one another. What began as an act of love for him has become a shared philosophy: living with awareness, honoring the body and the health that God gave us.
Challenges, setbacks, and new lessons remain. But now we understand that well-being is not a destination, but a journey. One that is traveled with soul, presence, compassion, and kindness.
Thanks to Valeria.
Thanks to Dr. Andrés.
Thanks tot Nutriwhite.
Thank you for teaching me that health is a priority.

Open letter to the NutriWhite team
This message is from Amanda’s mother to some angels on earth who joined together in a project called NutriWhite... On a day like today, Amanda came into the world with a very reserved prognosis and very little chance of survival. Mom and Dad never gave up and prayed to God and all our saints, including the Virgin of Chiquinquirá, that Amanda would stay with us. And so she stayed with us. Throughout her first year of life, she was evolving, but one day "something changed." That "something" got its name when Amanda was 1 year and 8 months old: AUTISM. After many years of therapies and doctors trying to feed her as best as possible, we felt defeated, until a miracle happened. God heard us and sent another angel named Lizette to some angels called NutriWhite, led by several angels with the last name White. And it was with the kindest angel, Dr. Marcano, who follows the wonderful philosophy of the beautiful NutriWhite family. Along with his group of angels, they helped us regain faith and hope. Today, I want to thank them because this has been the happiest birthday not only for Amanda but also for our family. We cannot contain our happiness; Amanda sang her birthday song, danced, and enjoyed every surprise like NEVER before! NutriWhite family, you will always have our absolute gratitude. Thank you for this great work, for giving so many families hope and teaching them that it is possible. To all the angels of NutriWhite, the Aldea Pérez family wishes you multiplied by millions the happiness you give us.
